IT TEL renewed its core SDH network equipment

In February 2011 IT TEL replaced the equipment in its core SDH network. We decommissioned existing Siemens equipment and introduced modern equipment made by ECI.
The main motive behind this equipment replacement was to implement a unified platform for network management and monitoring. We are very pleased with the results - we integrated two separate networks on the same platform and we unified and optimized the management and monitoring processes.
